Welcome to my blog HolyWarrior of poems my name is Kevin G. Baskis these are written from personal experiences that have influenced and have shaped my life. I am an ex-US Army Veteran and analysis and field advisor put to the conflicts and wars abroad mainly in the Middle East and Pacific Islands. I live in my beloved state of Illinois on the fringe of the woods in the central part of my state. My hobbies include hunting, bushcraft, painting, and drawing in my spare time when I am not writing poems.
